Fjord 48 Open has distinctive lines
The mould construction of the Fjord 48 Open has begun this week, a spectacular and modern motor yacht!
Here is the first picture of the latest Fjord model, which comes with major surprising details. The new Fjord 48 Open, is due to celebrate its premiere this coming summer.
This form already give a sense of the dynamic and distinctive lines created by the world known designer Patrick Banfield.
A unique space on the deck
With a length of 15.20m and a width of 4.80m, a new dimension of space has been created on deck. The hand-laminated vinylester hull
is designed as a full sandwich with foam filling. A high freeboard around the deck ensures safety on the sea. In the stern area, future owners can choose between cockpit tables, which can be transformed into an extended lounger, or a dinghy garage with integrated electric slip system, perfect for a Williams Jet Tender, for example.
Up to 3 IPS 600 Volvo Penta Diesel Motors!
Below deck, the Fjord 48 Open offers space for relaxing trips with two generous cabins, each with their own wet area. The new model is powered with up to three IPS 600 Volvo Penta diesel motors with 435 hp each.
